Have fun making the most of the snow!WrightStuffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16684505907887354154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2745584622755876157.post-28962779395994237422009-12-05T05:39:01.502-06:002009-12-05T05:39:01.502-06:00Snap has some snow in Houston also! I know, I kno...Snap has some snow in Houston also! I know, I know, Global Warming, Shmobal Warming. It's a bad term of use, I think it relates more to the polar ice caps than the rest of the globe. It's wacky weather alright. It's December 5 and we have NO snow on the ground! Three Christmases ago I was out in my jean jacket doing yard work (unheard of EVER here) and two Christmases ago we had had three major snow storms already, enough to close the schools on three separate occasions before Christmas break (again, unheard of here) with a total accumulation of over 120 centimetres (about 60 inches). That was some winter, we all didn't know where to put the snow at some point, it was storm after storm, driving around in restidential areas you could barely see around corners because of the piles. I'm glad we don't have that much (yet anyway) although I'm hoping to get our Christmas tree today and a little of the white stuff does crank up the spirit a bit.The Bodhi Chicklethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16516287894431519640noreply@blogger.com
